Shipping policy
1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping internationally on all purchases. Note that customs duties and sales taxes are not included.
2. Prints or other Merchandise
All prints are carefully packaged. Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. Fine Art Prints are usually packaged in tubes or for smaller prints (≤A4) in flat sturdy envelopes. We use a partner to produce the items of your order on demand and ship them to you. Our partner is present in several regions of the world and aim to fulfil your order from the place most optimum to your location - this includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the EU (for Canvas Prints it also includes Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates) - however, due to various reasons orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfilment centre exists in your region.
Time - We generally ship Economy where you order is dispatched within 3-4 working days. After the art has been shipped, the time of delivery depend on the shipping company, your location and current circumstances but it is usually quite quick.
Tax, Duties, etc - If we cannot ship from within your country or region, any customs duty, VAT, GST or other sales tax, if applicable, is not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and you are responsible for paying any such fees, charges, levies and your package might not be cleared by customs until you do so.
Risk - Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk passes to you.
3. Original Art
Larger artworks will be handled with great care and shipped in a sturdy custom made crate which will be securely sealed with screws which require you to unscrew them to unseal the crate. The artwork is wrapped in paper as well additional protective layers.
As the crate is handmade after your order is placed, the artwork is generally dispatched for shipping in 7-14 days. We do our best to ship as soon as we can. After the art has been shipped, the time of delivery will depend on the shipping company and your location. If the shipping date is crucial to you, please reach out to us before placing an order and we will give you a rough estimated timeline.
Price, Packaging, Insurance - The price of shipping, packaging (and when possible, insurance) is included in the price unless specifically stated.
Tax & Duties - Customers not based in the EU - Note that the price of any customs duty, VAT, GST or other sales tax, if applicable, is not included and you are responsible for paying any such fees, charges, levies and your package might not be cleared by customs until you do so.
Risk - Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk passes to you.
4. Not Received or Collected Packages
Any uncollected parcels will be returned to us and we will charge you a fee for the returned parcel. The fee covers the extra shipping cost and work. The fee is generally around 20 USD/EUR/GBP or 200 SEK/NOK/DKK for Prints and other Merchandise, but much higher for original works of art that can cost between 500-1.000 USD/EUR/GBP depending on where in the world you are based.
5. Where do we ship?
We ship around the world but not to all countries. If your country is not provided as an option at checkout, you should not be able to place an order. If this is the case, please reach out to us and let us know where you are and we will look into adding it to our markets as we are delighted to hear you want to make a purchase.
Original art is currently only exported to outside of the EU and sold domestically in Sweden. If your country setting is inside the EU, original art will not display on the site but you are welcome to reach out to us if you want to make a purchase from another EU country.
If the system accepts your order and we are unable to fulfil it via our partners, we reserve the right to cancel it and provide you with a full refund which will be processed swiftly.
