Refund policy

1.   RETURNS - generally not permitted

All items or its packaging are produced on demand, specifically for you wherefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges of goods unless an item is damaged, faulty or lost - or we are obligated to by law (as stated below under section 4). If you believe you are entitled to a refund you must notify us as soon as possible after placing your order or taking delivery and;

  • For customers based in the EU, EEA or UK, not later than within 2 months of when you became aware of the fault and never after 3 years,
  • For customers in the rest of the world, not later than 7 days of when you became aware of the fault and never after 30 days.

If an item is damaged in transport you must notify us immediately and never later than 7 days after delivery. If an item is not delivered to you, submit your claim within 30 days of placing your order with us or the later date indicated for your particular delivery.

2.   REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

4.   RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / COOLING OFF

Only Applicable to Consumers Based in the EU, EEA or UK

If you purchase participation at a knowledge-sharing event or similar which is held at a specific date and time, you have no right to withdraw and likewise if you purchase any digital content as you agree to immediate delivery.

If you are a consumer who is based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical items or gift cards if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you want to exercise this right, please send a message to the email address noted below, making it clear you have regrets and want to withdraw from your purchase. After having received your request we will process it and come back to you with instructions on where in Sweden to send the goods you wish to return. You must ensure that the items you return to us are suitably packaged and protected and you have to arrange transportation and assume the transportation costs as well as the risk during transport. The cost of the return will depend on the size of the package and is estimated at a maximum of SEK 10 000 for original art and SEK 500 for all other items. When we have received the returned items in good condition, we will initiate your refund as soon as possible. If the item has decreased in value, a reasonable deduction will be made otherwise a full refund will be given. Refunds are made using the payment method used for the original purchase.

5.   CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU / EEA / UK

If you are a consumer based in a country or state outside of the EU, EEA or UK where you believe you have the right to withdrawal, please notify us and we will investigate if we have an obligation to consider your request. If we are not under a legal obligation, we do not accept your withdrawal after you have placed an order as all items or its packaging, are produced on demand, specifically for you.
